Questions : On average, how many days do you eat food make entirely from grains or cereals each week, such as rice, noodles, bread or oatmeal? On the day(s) that you have eaten food make entirely from grains or cereals, how many bowls of grains or cereals do you eat? One bowl refers to the size of a rice bowl. One slide of bread or 1 bowl of cooked oatmeal or 1 bowl of congee equates to 0.4 bowl of rice.
