  1. Share the bits and pieces in your daily life with others. For example, talking with your friends and family about your work to ease your emotions and gain their support.

  2. Establish and maintain relationships with others in the society. For example, visit and chat with your neighbourhoods.

  3. Express your appreciation, gratitude or encouragement to others more frequently. For example, say “well-done” to your colleagues. Express your empathy. For example, saying “take care” to someone who does not feel well.

  4. Be kind and supportive to others. For example, offering your seat to anyone in need, or participating in volunteer works.

  5. Spend time with your family members. Having a better and closer relationship with your family members can make you feel good. Share your bits and pieces in your daily life with your family members and enjoy a meal with them.
