This page shows the doctors participating in 2022/23 Seasonal Influenza Vaccination School Outreach (Free of Charge) Programme. 

For all schools, please return the completed Form A. Nil return is required.

For schools joining through School Self-selection of Doctors, please also return completed Form B. 

All relevant forms should be returned to the Department of Health on or before 5 July 2022 by fax to 2320 8505 or email to sivop@dh.gov.hk. 

For schools that are not interested to join, they can invite private doctors of the Vaccination Subsidy Scheme (VSS) School Outreach (Extra Charge Allowed) to provide outreach vaccination at schools. Private doctors under the Scheme may impose extra charges. Details to be announced later.
