  1. If an enrolled doctor wants to update or amend some information after enrolling the IVSS, what should he/she do?

The enrolled doctor may visit IVSS (www.ivss.gov.hk) and download a Change Form and fax the completed Change Form to IVSS Office. If the doctor needs to change the nominated bank account, he/she would also need to fill in an Authority for Payment to a Bank Form and send the completed forms together with the required supporting documents to IVSS Office by mail.

  2. If an enrolled doctor wants to change his/her fees charged for influenza vaccination service, what should he/she do?

If an enrolled doctor wants to increase the influenza vaccination service fee, the doctor needs to fax a completed Change Form to the IVSS Office 2 working days beforehand. Fee reduction can be implemented immediately, but the doctor still needs to inform IVSS Office via the Change Form so that we can update the information on IVSS website (www.ivss.gov.hk).

  3. If I want to de-enrol after enrolling the IVSS, what should I do?

If you want to de-enrol after enrolling the IVSS, you will need to fax a completed Change Form to the IVSS Office. Upon receiving the notification, we will contact you for confirmation and make arrangement for return of the logo and mini-poster. We will update the information on the website accordingly.

  4. Can I transfer the IVSS logo and mini-poster to some other doctor?

No. Every IVSS logo and mini-poster has a serial number and that belongs only to the doctor to which the logo and poster are intended for. These items are not transferable.

  5. Can relieving doctor represent an enrolled doctor to give subsidised influenza vaccination while the enrolled doctor is out of clinic?

The relieving doctor should have enrolled in the IVSS and have registered the clinic with the IVSS office.
