In response to press enquiries, a spokesman for the Department of Health today (February 27) confirmed that Dr P Y Leung, Controller, Centre for Health Protection (CHP) of the Department of Health, will take up a senior position in the Hospital Authority with effect from March 1, 2007 and that Dr Thomas Tsang will take up the post of CHP's Controller on the same day.
