Active Living

Facts

Although men are more likely than women to participate in exercise, many men do not have enough exercise.

Scientists advocate doing at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity every day to stay healthy or improve your health.

Physical inactivity increases the risks of health problems such as heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, obesity, diabetes mellitus, osteoporosis, depression, colorectal cancer, and premature death.
