Are you fit to get fit
Do You:
Have a heart problem?
Have high or low blood pressure?
Have diabetes mellitus?
Have asthma?
Have joint problem?
Have back problem?
Have any other medical condition which could interfere with you participating in an exercise program?
Have not been active for a long time or done any exercise for 10 years?
Take pain killers or any other drugs regularly?
Have severe weight problems, i.e. overweight or underweight?
Have a resting heart rate exceeding 100 beats per minute (You can check this simply by placing 2 fingers on the inside of your wrist, counting the number of beats over a 15-second period and multiply by four).
If you answer "Yes" to one or more questions or whatever your medical history, talk to your doctor before you start becoming much more physically active, and always take any exercise program slowly.
