Level of physical activity is classified according to World Health Organization (WHO) recommendation on physical activity for health that adults aged 18 or above should perform at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity, or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity, or an equivalent combination of moderate- and vigorous- intensity physical activity.
