Age-standardised Death Rate*, 1981 - 2022
The age-standardised death rate* has decreased from 6.0 per 1000 standard population in 1981 to 3.1 in 2022. Notes: The figures are based on deaths registered under the Births and Deaths Registration Ordinance (Cap. 174, Laws of Hong Kong) during the specified period.
