1. If an enrolled doctor wants to update or amend some information after enrolling the VSS, what should he/she do?

The enrolled doctor may visit the Centre for Health Protection website and download a Change Form and fax the completed Change Form to the Department of Health. If the doctor needs to change the nominated bank account, he/she would also need to fill in an Authority for Payment to a Bank form and send the completed forms together with the required supporting documents to the Department of Health by mail. Doctor should re-enrol if he/she has changed his/her medical organisation.

2. If an enrolled doctor wants to change his/her fees charged for vaccination service, what should he/she do?

If an enrolled doctor wants to increase the vaccination service fee, the doctor needs to fax a completed Change Form to the Department of Health two working days beforehand. Fee reduction can be implemented immediately, but the doctor still needs to inform the Department of Health via the Change Form to update the information on Centre for Health Protection website.

3. If I want to de-enrol after enrolling the VSS, what should I do?

If an enrolled doctor wants to de-enrol after enrolling the VSS, the doctor will need to fax a completed Change Form to the Department of Health. Upon receiving the notification, we will contact the doctor for confirmation and make arrangement for returning the logo and mini-poster. We will update the information on the website accordingly.

4. Can I transfer the VSS logo, mini-poster and authentication token to some other doctor?

No. These items are materials of the Scheme issued to the designated enrolled doctor and are not transferable.

5. Can relieving doctor represent an enrolled doctor to give subsidised vaccination while the enrolled doctor is out of clinic?

The relieving doctor should have enrolled in VSS.
