This page shows the doctors participating in 2023/24 Seasonal Influenza Vaccination School Outreach (Free of Charge) Programme. 

For all schools, please return the completed Form A (Secondary School / Primary School / KGCCC). Nil return is required.

For schools joining through School Self-selection of Doctors, please also return completed Form B ( Secondary School / Primary School / KGCCC ). 

All relevant forms should be returned to the Department of Health by fax to 2320 8505 or email to sivop@dh.gov.hk on or before 30 June 2023.

Schools can also invite private doctors of the "Vaccination Subsidy Scheme (VSS) School Outreach (Extra Charge Allowed)" to provide outreach vaccination at schools. Private doctors under the Scheme may impose extra charges.
