Quesion

I fail in the last exam. Now I'll retake the exam in April, but I find myself not able to concentrate. I forget the things that I've tried to remember. What can I do?

Answer

With approaching examination, you may be feeling stressful and this may affect your study. First, you need to recognize your stress and make some time for relaxation apart from studying. You may find it helpful to do some exercise or just talking to your friends and family. To face the challenge, you can start by planning how you will spend the remaining time on your study. A study schedule may help you look more clearly on the situation. Understanding the materials will help you remember them. The study environment is equally important. Try to avoid things that may distract your attention. You can also ask your family for help in maintaining a quiet surrounding. If you have a clear goal and do your best, you can certainly perform well in the examination. Wish you good luck!
